Invention to help people with MND communicate
A Somerset GP is developing a device to enable communication using a muscle in the ear.
Dr Nick Gompertz, from Bruton, says the ‘Earswitch’ could also be used by others to control devices like mobile phones and cameras.
Claire Carter talks to Dr Gompertz and Frome’s Alex Francis, who has motor neurone disease, about the technology.
