Special Olympics 'not about fastest times,' but human achievement
It's a year before the Special Olympics World Winter Games start in Russia. It's a chance for 2,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities from more than 100 nations to compete in seven sports. President of the Special Olympics Russia, Olga Slutsker, discusses their goals and the challenges which have been overcome in order to host the games.
