How have some basketball stars fallen upon hard times?

More than 100 former basketball stars are suffering financial hardship. The players are from the ABA, a successful rival to the NBA in the 1960's and 70's before a merger in 1976... but now some of the biggest names of their day are dying in poverty, and the charity "Dropping Dimes" are campaigning for the NBA to step in.

Scott Tarter is a lawyer who works with the Dropping Dimes foundation, and explained to Sportshour鈥檚 Caroline Barker how these players got to this point.
