Rugby union organisations and clubs in Cornwall and across the UK are set to receive their share of 拢135 million from the Government.
The Cornish Pirates will get a share of 拢9 million and lower league clubs will receive a split of 拢23 million. But will any of that money find its way to Cornwall?
