Supreme Court Hearing: What to listen out for
On Monday the US Senate opens a confirmation hearing for President Donald Trump鈥檚 Supreme Court nominee, Amy Coney Barrett.
It's politically controversial, so close to an election, and politically important as the Supreme Court decides on major policy issues... and if Barrett is approved the court will tilt to a conservative majority.
So what should we be listening out for during the upcoming cross examination?
Professor Kevin McMahon is Professor of Political Science at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and an expert on the US Supreme Court.
