Moulding female leaders for Africa
How does Africa get more women into important public leadership roles? Well Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, the former president of Liberia runs a programme which trains women to aspire to the highest levels of public leadership. And if you鈥檙e an African woman, you鈥檝e only got until September 30th 2020 to apply to be in next year鈥檚 cohort. It鈥檚 the first time that such a programme has been opened to women across Africa, as Ellen Johnson Sirleaf explains.
