Moscow prides itself on being a 鈥榮mart city鈥�, access to free wifi all around the city, facial recognition cameras and traffic surveillance make it a comfortable, safe place for its citizens. But is there another side to this? Andrei Zakharov of 成人快手 Russian explores if the smart city, can be turned into a Big Brother.
