The British Journalism Awards has launched a new category aimed at recognising up and coming ethnic minority journalists. It is named in honour of the UK鈥檚 first black on-screen TV news reporter, Barbara Blake Hannah. She speaks to UK Black鈥檚 Devon Daley about it
