Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden discusses a 拢1.5bn relief package for the arts sector

The Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden told Nick Robinson that arts and culture are "at the heart of our nation" and they "enrich the soul " as well as "powering the economy." He was speaking after the government announced a 拢1.57 billion package to help museums, galleries, theatres and music venues recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
