With more young people giving up sex and going celibate, Hayley has a go at giving up foreplay and spending a month sex free.

With more young people deciding to ditch sex and go celibate, presenter Hayley Pearce takes on the challenge of giving up sex for a whole month.

As she prepares for her last night of passion, she reflects on what being intimate in a relationship means to her, and how not 'getting any' could put a big pause on the passion. To help her understand her own sexual urges, she visits a psychologist to figure out what she could gain by giving up. She also meets a celibate rapper who has decided not to have sex until his wedding night and a young women who would rather find sexual satisfaction on their own than with a sexual partner.

Hayley also finds out how the rise in online porn can put young people under pressure to look and behave a certain way in the bedroom, something that can put some off having sex altogether. Hayley works hard to avoid slipping up by finding other ways to connect with her partner and taking tips from her celibate mate Mel on how to survive without a partner鈥檚 touch. For four weeks, Hayley has to find other ways to keep her hands busy and her man interested. Can she go the distance, or will she fall at the first hurdle?
