Umbreen meets Reece Dinsdale, a mentor who wants to inspire her to choose work experience. She wants to work at the motorway services, he wants her to aim higher. She leaves thinking she’s going to get work experience at the services - Reece thinks she understands she’s going into the ‘service industry’.
