The reaction to the killing of George Floyd has refocused the spotlight on the structural racism in American society. Someone who knows about persevering in the face of difficult odds is Ursula Burns. She was an engineering intern at Xerox and rose to become CEO of the company and one of the most powerful businesswomen in the world.
