During the lockdown period, 成人快手 Radio Cornwall's Sports Producer Ross Ellis has been speaking to the great and good of Cornish sport...from his shed.

He's recorded a series of virtual interviews with some of the big sport personalities in Cornwall.

His first guest is Cornish Pirates coach and club legend Gavin Cattle.

Guests are asked to virtually donate an item of sporting memorabilia to the shed. What will Gavin choose?
