Before the coronavirus pandemic, Amanda was sleeping rough in Manchester City centre.
Thousands of homeless people have been helped into homes and shelters during the lockdown, and Amanda was given a room in a Holiday Inn hotel.
She said on the first night 鈥淚 think I slept for two days鈥.
Amanda said the security of having a room is something that鈥檚 made a huge difference to a lot of people: 鈥淲e鈥檙e finding our own identities again now."
