    Are 'malaria-resistant' mosquitoes now a real possibility?
Scientists have discovered a microbe that completely protects mosquitoes from being infected with malaria. The researchers, from the International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology in Kenya, say this could have a significant impact in the battle to eradicate the disease. Dr Jeremy Herren led the study and explains more about the microbe.
