Finance Minister grilled at a Stormont committee over PPE "joint order" that never existed
What is going on in the Northern Ireland Executive? When is an order not an order? And when we're told a contract has been signed for life-saving equipment - can we believe it? You'll remember Finance Minister Conor Murphy's PPE order that wasn't from China. Yesterday the Finance Committee questioned the Minister about the order. He was asked why his party leader at Stormont Michelle O'Neill told the public that a contract had been signed. But the Finance Minister says no contract was signed - and doesn't know why his party leader in the Assembly - and the joint head of government in this country - thinks a contract had been signed.
