"We cannot confirm whether Reading carnival will take place this year"
The committee behind Reading Community Carnival says "bad and disrespectful behaviour" has led to its licence for 2020 being reviewed. Thames Valley Police asked the council to hold the review after a teenager was stabbed at the event last year. Bridgitte asks for your reaction.
