Is chivalry dead?
Classic touches of old-fashioned chivalry are no longer wanted on a date as millennial singletons say being well-mannered, attentive and smartly dressed are more important. New research shows just 14% of women expect a man to offer them his jacket and only 15% like a chair to be pulled out for them. What does this say about modern dating? Is chivalry dead? Or does old school romance have a place in the age of Tinder? Stephen spoke to etiquette expert William Hanson.
