School children in Cornwall have been meeting an Olympic hero.

Frances Houghton gave a talk to pupils at St Mary's C of E School in Truro.

Frances is the only female rower to compete at five Olympic games. She's won three silver medals in her career.

But France's visit wasn't the only thing the children were excited about.
