Do chimpanzees like to move to the beat?

Scientists at Kyoto University have found that listening to music prompts the primates to perform rhythmic movements such as swaying, hand-clapping and foot-tapping. They studied seven chimpanzees who were exposed to six two-minute piano compositions for six days. So what does Dr Nick Newton-Fisher, an expert in wild chimpanzee behaviour from the University of Kent in England, make of these findings?
