Nigerian court rules that sex work is not a crime
The High Court in Abuja has declared that sex work is not a criminal offence in Nigeria. It is the first time a Nigerian court has a ruled on its legality and the judgement came in a case involving 16 women who were arrested for prostitution. Amaka Narah Enemo, national coordinator for the Nigeria Sex Workers Association welcomed the court ruling. But first, let鈥檚 hear from the 成人快手鈥檚 Chris Ewokor in Abuja on how the case started.
