Boy whose classmates came to his adoption ceremony
Five-year-old Michael Clarke from the US state of Michigan was formally adopted on Thursday and his entire kindergarten class of 20 children turned up in court to give him their support. And what's more they were all given a chance to say why they were there. Michael has been fostered for the past year by Andrea Melvin and Dave Eaton but they legally became his adoptive parents in a court hearing attended by classmates, teachers and parents. Michael's teacher, Kerry McKee, explained what happened.
