How are cops using karaoke to build relationships within their community?
In the United States police forces have often been accused of heavy-handed tactics, especially when dealing with ethnic minorities. But now the police in Philadelphia is using a new tactic in one of the city's most violent neighbourhoods. Every Friday, two police officers fill the streets of Philadelphia with music and dancing. Clare McDonnell spoke to Officer Shamssadeen Nur Ali Baukman.
