Elaine attends a business networking event for powerful women and bumps into her old friend Meinir, owner of the Organic Wellness Centre in Swansea, who can’t hide her surprise to see Elaine at an event for successful people. Meanwhile, the marketing team stretch themselves to the limit as they investigate the Welsh yoga app. And Wyn feels the burn as he makes the case for cycling in Wales, donning lycra to showcase his pedal prowess. Elsewhere, Jon has been promoted sideways and is seeking out new horizons for Wow Wales from his new desk on the Welsh/English border. He gets a meeting with a government MP and is keen to talk up the feelgood factor of a trip to Wales.
