PTSD sufferer says wildlife photography 'saved my life'

Paul Williams started his career as a trainer in the British army, worked in mental health care, before joining Dorset Police as an officer.

An event at work five years ago caused Paul to develop severe PTSD. He became unable to leave the house, was paranoid, and even considered ending his life a number of times.

It wasn't until he picked up his camera that things started to turn around. Our reporter Fern Balch went to meet him.
