Is making stained glass windows a dying craft?

Stained glass windows are a prominent feature in lots of Scotland's architecture. Not so long ago, making these works of art was a popular and respected craft. But recently, interest's been dwindling to the extent that there are concerns that soon we might not have enough people with the skills to maintain the windows we have.

A stained glass course at City of Glasgow college was in danger of ending because not enough people enrolled in it. But its students today showed off their latest work; a new window at Glasgow's Royal Infirmary. It's hoped their efforts will attract more people to take up this special skill.
