How do you help a non-verbal autistic person to communicate?
Rachel Romeo is a speech-language pathologist - a communication expert who treats speech disorders.
She was sat next to a young boy who has non-verbal autism on a long plane journey. Rachel asked his father how his son usually communicates and he didn't understand.
