The Amazon fires are destroying our home

A record number of fires are burning in the Amazon rainforest. The extent of the area damaged by fires has yet to be determined, but smoke has been choking the city of S茫o Paulo - more than 2,700 km away.

Luiz Eloy Terena is an indigenous leader and a lawyer fighting for the rights of his community.
