'Social media won't fix' Instagram bullying
Instagram's new tool will ask users if they really want to post a negative comment. They get a notice saying: "Are you sure you want to post this? Learn more".
We spoke to Wynona McCullough, a singer in Las Vegas, who has her own experience of being bullied online.
