Brailsford: Cycling could 'improve safety'
Team INEOS boss Sir Dave Brailsford believes the sport of cycling should look to 'improve safety' in the wake of Chris Froome's horrific crash. Brailsford told 5 live Sportsweek that his team's new backers INEOS 'put safety high on the agenda' and it's something that they need to take 'on board'. Brailsford admits that Froome faces a 'long slog' - psychologically as well as physically - before he returns to action, but there is 'no more resilient person' in cycling.
