United Nations monitors have confirmed that Houthi rebels in Yemen have withdrawn from three ports including Hodeidah on the Red Sea. Vital aid, which the UN calls a 'lifeline' for Yemen, is now expected to reach those in need. But some of the money pledged by donors is yet to be delivered. Some of the biggest donors are also parties to the conflict - Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

We speak to Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, the supervisor general of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre - the Saudi government's international humanitarian agency - about why the aid hasn't been delivered.
