'A Very Expensive Poison'

A book about the murder of Alexander Litvinenko has been turned into a play

A book about the events behind the murder of the Russian former spy Alexander Litvinenko in London in 2006 has been turned into a play. A Very Expensive Poison has been written for the stage by Lucy Prebble.

Today speaks to Litvinenko's widow Marina, the playwright Lucy Prebble, and author Luke Harding.

A Very Expensive Poison will be at The Old Vic from 19 August 2019.
