Marc Maron: how did podcasts become mainstream?
The godfather of podcasting on interviewing a president in his garage.
There are a few moments when the podcast phenomenon really took off - and one of them is in 2009 when a comedian began interviewing people he knew in his garage. 鈥淲TF with Marc Maron鈥 has grown to be a podcast juggernaut - each month it鈥檚 downloaded 6 million times and it鈥檚 just celebrated its 1000th episode.
