A set of cards has been designed to help people juggle life's up and downs. They feature the ancient African Adinkra symbols believed to date from the 1800's, and represent popular proverbs, record historical events and express certain behaviours or attitudes relevant to the African diaspora. Dr Erica McInnis is behind the idea, and explains how the cards work in this interview with UK Black's Devon Daley
