Rebecca Adlington: Why I'm going through therapy
Double Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington says she's recently started attending therapy as she tries to overcome anxiety issues which are causing her to have regular panic attacks.
The 30-year-old former swimmer told the Friday Sports Panel that's she's been suffering with panic attacks for 6-8 months and said: "It's every single night going to bed that I start feeling panicky."
She also added that she was extremely grateful for the support she'd received on social media. "If there's anyone out there who's experiencing the same I want them to be able to pluck up the courage to go and seek help as well."
