Are big changes happening in Algeria?
The Algerian leader, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, who's been in power for 20 years, has announced that he's not going to seek another term in office. His candidacy led to weeks of protests across the country. Bouteflika has promised sweeping constitutional changes and a new assembly to elect his successor. He has also postponed the election scheduled for next month. Nordine Ouabdesselem, a resident in the Algerian capital Algiers, reacts to the announcement.
