From the Archives - Richard Pitman
If you know horse-racing, you won't need us to tell you who Richard Pitman is.
The jump jockey won some of the most iconic races in the sport - including the King George the Sixth Chase and the Hennessy Gold Cup - and then became a member of the 成人快手's racing team.
And as if that wasn't enough, he's also an author and someone who rubbed shoulders with royalty, inside and outside the paddock.
He spoke to our own Richard Collinson during a visit to the Channel Islands back in the 1990s - and we thought we'd revisit the conversation as part our latest trip through the Sportscene archives.
