When Mary Johnson was sat in court watching her son’s killer being sentenced, she wanted him to be locked away for life.

Now, Oshea Israel is her ‘spiritual son’ – after Mary was driven by her Christian faith to forgive him.

Mary runs From Death to Life, an organisation she founded to promote healing and reconciliation between families of victims and those who have caused harm.
