MPs voice new nuclear arms race fears
Concerns have been raised by MPs about the looming collapse of a nuclear treaty between the United States and Russia which has endured for thirty years. Washington has announced it will pulling out of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty. The following day Moscow said it would follow suit. Chris Wimpress reports.
