'... I just fell out of love with it ...' - Billy Le Poullain on stepping away from boxing, and a successful return to the ring
He made history last year when he became the first boxer to ever represent Guernsey at the Commonwealth Games.
And after a hectic 2018, you can't blame Billy Le Poullain for taking a little break.
But now, the Channel Islands' most well-known boxer is refreshed and on top form, after earning a win against Liverpool's Mark Parrot in his return to the ring. But there was a point last year when he considered walking away from the sport entirely.
Billy's been speaking to Sportscene's Mark Inchley.
