'...it came out of the blue!...' - Andy Truscott on his Solo Swim of the Year award nomination

He's one of the Channel Islands most prominent swimmers - and now, the exploits of Jersey's Andy Truscott have been recognised on the international stage.

He's been nominated for the Solo Swim of the Year award by the Marathon Swimmers Federation - and as he's been explaining to Sportscene's Ashlea Tracey, the nod came as quite a surprise.
