Part 2 - Clip 2: To help, or not?
TEACHERS' NOTES FOR THIS CLIP
DRAMA ACTIVITIES:
1. Whole group - discussion: another talk activity follows quickly after the one before. Children must consider whether it is right to pull down the houses of local residents in order to create fire breaks.
GUIDANCE:
1. It鈥檚 important to maintain the sense of tension so you may like to be pro-active about the discussion and invite responses from specific members of the group. There鈥檚 no need to dwell at length on the answers - the next clip will reveal more information - so all that is needed at this stage is a quick response.
