Elle Wright wants to start a more open conversation about child loss and baby death. Her son Teddy died at three days old and saying his name and talking about him helped her grieve. As a society, Elle feels we aren鈥檛 well equipped to have these conversations. She experienced long silences, awkward chats and people even crossed the road to avoid her.
