'...it's a crown jewel of local sport...' - Jersey beat Guernsey to retain the Inter-Insular Cricket Trophy
It's one of THE big events on the local sporting calendar, and this year, it was Jersey that hosted the cricket inter-insular with Guernsey.
For the first time ever, the three-match series was played in a T20 format, and it looks like that played right into Jersey's hands. Neil MacRae's side won all of their games with the visitors to secure a 3-nil whitewash - and keep the trophy for another year.
Peter Gough, Richard Collinson and Catherine Barker were watching for Sportscene - and here are some of the players, coaches, officials and fans they spoke to as the afternoon played out.
