Mental Health and the South Asian heritage community

A new national research programme on ethnic inequalities and severe mental illness is investigating why schizophrenia is nearly three times more likely in people with a South Asian heritage compared to the majority population. It is the first of its kind and the national online survey is giving people a chance to have their say.
