Sebastian Plano: Music inspired by the Cornish sea
Multi-instrumentalist Sebastian Plano talks to us about the music he has been making using sounds from the Cornish sea.
This exciting campaign is called 'Keynvor', which is the Cornish word for ocean, and its main purpose is to raise funds to protect the sea and make people aware of sea pollution. Sebastian has used field recordings of the sea to create the beat and rhythmic elements of the piece.
The Keynvor and Sebastian Plano collaboration is being released on the Mercury KX label, with all profits being donated to a surfers against sewage charity.
