Food for an eight-year-old?
Chef Jeremiah Tower describes his extraordinary childhood travelling around the world on ocean liners and living in five star hotels. He was largely ignored by his parents, but was free to experience the best the restaurants had to offer. He describes tasting all the finest dishes he could find and how waiters took him under their wing and taught him to cook.
