Hay fever sufferers are set for another week of misery, according to forecasters. A series of wet days followed by dry, sunny weather has created the perfect conditions for a "pollen bomb" in Wales.
Paul, a bee keeper from Fairwater in Cardiff, dispels a myth about eating local honey to cure the condition.
