On June 14th 1968 Robin Knox Johnston set sail from Falmouth returning 312 days later. Sir Robin talks to Neil Sackley for this special podcast marking the 50th anniversary.

On June the 14th 1968, Robin Knox Johnston set sail from Falmouth.
On his epic voyage he feared attack by sharks, faced mountainous seas in the southern ocean, was missing for almost 4 months and had appendicitis.
Against all odds, he returned to Falmouth 10 and a half months later a hero.
