Jane and Felicity have been friends for years. Jane was born in Tasmania as her family had emigrated there after WW2, but they returned to Kirkcudbright when she was 4 years old. Felicity only recently gave up her post as a librarian at the library in Kirkcudbright. She's also very involved in the local community and often serves as an exam invigilator and a voting monitor for local elections. Jane is an artist and her speciality is miniatures.
